Welcome to the second Devon Libraries 23 Things Blog.

This blog has been set-up as part of Devon Libraries staff development to encourage staff to experiment and learn about the new and emerging technologies that are reshaping the context of information on the Internet today.

The 23Things @ Devon libraries was pilotted last year and the initial programme is still running.  However, more staff have expressed an interest in starting the programme which has led to this blog “23 Things @ Devon Libraries. Part Deux”  being set up.

The objectives of this program are to:

  • encourage exploration of Web 2.0 and new technologies by Devon Libraries staff.
  • provide staff with new tools (that are freely available on the Internet) to better support our customers and other library staff
